February Chill-out: Qigong, Restorative yoga, Breathwork and Meditation to Soothe Your Nerves

Join long-time teaching partners Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Margi Young as they offer a February mini-retreat right in your own home!

through TriYoga online
(includes 7 day access to online recording)

For two hours, you can tune-in and practice a potpourri of offerings to help calibrate your body’s nervous system. We will begin with meditation with some breath work and move into qigong to open channels and release tension. From there we will practice a series of restorative poses accompanied by more pranayama to sooth and ground. The practice will culminate with a meditation practice, inviting you to sit quietly and delve into your experience of being present with life, as it is. After this workshop, we encourage you will treat yourself to a delicious meal, hydrate well and take extra rest, so that the feeling is similar to a relaxing holiday. (Please gather your yoga props, or a stack of pillows and blankets and wear comfortable clothes, including socks!). For all levels including absolute beginners.

Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Margi Young have joined together to practice and teach yoga, dive deep into spiritual teachings and appreciate life for 18 years.
