Please join Jennifer Brilliant and Margi Young for a fresh exploration of yoga poses with imagery, meditation, and breath to illuminate our subtle and anatomical bodies. This series, examining the winds (vayus)in the body, will explore ideas from classical yoga to find how relevant they are today as tools to navigate our daily life. You will emerge from these classes with wonder and delight about existing in your human body.


Logistics:

*You are encouraged to attend all three classes, but also welcome to join a single class.

*The classes will be recorded and available to you for one week.

*75-minute practice followed by an optional group chat.

*Everyone is welcome.
